Boxing

Known to enhance cardiovascular health, improve hand-eye coordination, decrease stress and anxiety, and improve overall total-body strength and body composition.  At Tri-City, we take the boxing workout and turn it into a lifestyle. 

Fight Club

Ready to take it to the next level? Our Fight Club membership is for those serious about testing their skills in the ring. This program focuses on advanced technique, conditioning, sparring, and fight prep. Whether you're chasing your first amateur bout or looking to sharpen your edge, Fight Club gets you fight-ready.  Coach approval required for membership. 

Muay Thai

Known as “The Art of Eight Limbs,” Muay Thai utilizes punches, kicks, elbows, and knees to create a full-body combat system that builds strength, endurance, and confidence. Whether you’re training for fitness, self-defense, or competition, Muay Thai offers a high-intensity workout that sharpens both body and mind.

Kids Boxing 

(Grades 2–5)
Our kids boxing class teaches the basics of boxing in a fun, safe, and structured environment. Kids build confidence, coordination, and discipline while staying active and learning new skills.

No experience needed—just bring energy and a great attitude!

Teen Boxing

Teen Boxing (Grades 6-8)
Our teen boxing program is a high-energy workout that boosts cardiovascular health, builds strength, and sharpens hand-eye coordination. It’s a fun, challenging way for teens to stay active, relieve stress, and develop healthy habits for life—no experience needed.
