PRICING

Our classes come in single session drop-ins and we offer monthly memberships with no contract and cancellation fees.

 
 

BOXING

Known to enhance cardiovascular health, improve hand-eye coordination, decrease stress and anxiety, and improve overall total-body strength and body composition. 

At Tri-City Boxing & Muay Thai, we take the boxing workout and turn it into a lifestyle.

MUAY THAI

The “art of eight limbs” teaches self-discipline, aids in weight loss and cardiovascular health, and is a form of stress relief, self-defense, and an ideal workout and way-of-life for individuals of any age.

ADULT CLASSES

Our classes, whether it is in a group setting or during a private session, have been created and fine-tuned to provide individuals with the ongoing opportunity to meet current goals and strive to achieve future milestones.

Keeping kids active and evolving their skillset is our utmost commitment to our community. We foster an environment that has been built on encouragement and discipline, and have created a gym that our young athletes feel comfortable, committed, and continuously supported.
